How long it takes for my order to reach by door step?
Shipment of an order completely depends on the place you live. However, we dispatch the order maximum by 48 hours and it reaches you within 3 to 7 working days.
How do I check the current status of my order?
Although, we always try our best to ship your order on the same day of placement but at times, it may happen that your order can take 48 hours to process. As soon as we dispatch your order from our warehouse, you get the confirmation on either on phone or an email along with tracking details.
I have placed multiple orders but I have not received some of them. Why?
Multiple orders are often split to ensure safe delivery. You will be receiving rest of your items very soon.

I was not available when the delivery boy came with my order and I missed it. What should I do?
If it was the first attempt, the delivery boy will call you before making another attempt. Please be available the next time and if it was the second attempt, get in touch with our customer team and they will resolve the issue.
I want to return a product on my own through the courier. Where can I send it?
You can get the product shipped at Pocket-B-11/17 Sector 18 Rohini-110089. Also if you sending the product on your own, ensure that the courier charges are less than Rs. 100/- as store credit of up to Rs. 100/- would be added to your account on our website.
If I want to return the product, how soon can the delivery boy pick it?
He will pick your product from the address of delivery within 3 to 5 days of your raising the request.
I have placed the order and wish to change my delivery address or phone number. How can I do it?
If we have not shipped your order, you can get in touch with the customer care team and they will take care of it. However, if your order has been shipping, we will not be able to make any changes to it. However, the best we can do is to ask our delivery boy to bring it back and then you can place the order again.
What if I need my order fast?
Exceptions are always welcome. All you need to do is to tell us that you have forgotten to order a gift for your anniversary and we will make all the efforts to process your delivery faster.

Not yet! However, we will be expanding very soon.
Is it possible to cancel an order?

I was trying to place an order using Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card. I was not able to place the order successfully but the money got deducted. What should I do now?
First of all, do not panic and check your credit card or bank account to make sure that the amount has been debited. Secondly, if the amount has been debited, your bank will send it back to your respective bank or card with 10 working days.

No, there are no hidden charges when you purchase anything from us. All the other charges (if any) are displayed along with the price of the product when you place an order.
