Return and Refund Policy

Our products are eligible for return only when they are received by the customer in a damaged condition or the quality is not up to the mark or the customer does not like the product. In case you have received a defected product, you will have to get in touch with our customer care team by calling us or sending us an email within 15 working days of receiving the product. If we are satisfied with the fact that the product received by our customer was damaged, we will make sure that a brand new product reaches your doorstep at the earliest.

How do I return my product?

Step 1: Either call our customer care team and schedule a pickup within 2-3 working days or self- ship your product through any courier service (preferably through Speed Post)

Step 2: Mention the ‘order ID’ in bold on the cover of return package

When Will I Receive the Returning Amount?

Once the order reaches us through courier, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode of payment within 12- 15 working days from the date of your order pickup/dispatched, subject to your return passing the quality check.

If you have opted for COD while purchasing the product, you will get store credit of the equivalent value of the product in your account on our website. You can use these credit points to purchase any other product from our website. And, if you have made the payment through ‘Payment Gateway’, the refund would be send to your respective mode of payment. You will receive an email from our side when we initiate your refund.

Important Points to Remember:

  • We have no exchange policy
  • We do not refund customized products
  • The product that are returning to us should be in unused condition with original packing
  • If you have used ‘COD’ payment mode, you will only get store credit as refund. The score credit is valid only for an year
  • If you are sending the product through courier, ensure that the courier charges are less than Rs. 100/- as store credit of up to Rs. 100/- would be added to your account on our website
  • If you call or email us regarding the damaged or inferior quality product that you have received and we feel satisfied with your issue, you won’t have to return the product to us. We will resolve your query from our end and will send you a new product
